Bella Vision

Bella Vision has two things: Optometrist and Eyewear store On the optometry side, this shop seems to well equipped witha lot of brand new machines and my VSP insurance covered both an eye exam. On the Eyewear side, the store is an overpriced run of the mill shop. They charge for progressive glasses with VSP $270+ and the person told me without insurance they would be $600+. Further, the machine that measures PD was off by 2 mms compared to my other prescriptions. I am not sure how they come up with these prices because I can buy online glasses which are made by Luxotica with the same treatment for $100 including frames. So, this is the reason for the 2 starts.

I was in town on business and a screw popped out of my frames. Bella Vision was kind enough to fix my frames, free of charge ! If I lived here, this would be my optometrist of choice !

Overall, my experience here was great. It was easy to make an appointment online. I did not wait long after I arrived. The assessment was thorough and the staff were very kind. I ordered glasses and they arrived in just 1 week. Only reason for leaving off a star is due to the provider being less than personable/friendly. But overall, I am pleased.

I was delighted with the service and the attention to detail at this fine store. Dr. Schiller, during a regular eye exam, caught a very slight irregularity that could've become a very serious health issue in the future, if not addressed right away.I could not be more delighted with the care shown by the entire staff at Bella Vision in Woodinville. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family. Best care and attention to detail by Dr. Schiller and her entire staff, I've ever received with any optical exam. If I could give Bella  Vision of Woodinville 10  stars, I would!!!!

I went through an eye exam at their location. my first exam was for glasses only. I do not have any complaints with the doc. He did what he was supposed to do and provided me with a prescription. When I went back about 3 months later for my contact lens exam, he provided similar service. No complaints there. However, when I went to pay my copay, I was told that the doctor gave me a discount on multifocal contacts however, I had to pay an additional $70 for ROOM CHARGES for a total of $110 (including the 15% discount)!! Since this is the first that I had ever heard about any doctor's office charging for room charges I disputed it. They subsequently retracted that statement and told me that since I did not come back within 30 days after I had the exam for my glasses, they are charging me the extra $70. When asked, they could not show me that condition anywhere in the policy for contact lens that they had handed over to me before the exam. All it says is that "Contact lens prescription must be finalized within 30 days to avoid additional charges" (see image below of their policy. No where does it say that I need to get my contact lens EXAM done within 30 days of my glasses exam!. So after I refused to pay and asked for the manager, they got back to me a week later saying that they will no longer be giving me the discount on the mutlifocal lenses and gave me a new bill for $70 Needless to say, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. It was very clear to me that they are not upfront with there pricing, they make things up on the fly just to fleece their customers. Not something I would expect from a reputed company like Bella Vision.
