Dog Gone Taxi

We had the best experience using Dog Gone Taxi to move our dog from Seattle to Singapore. Ashley is a true gem and helped us navigate every step of the way. I was able to contact her basically morning, noon and night (huge time difference included) with any questions or concerns I had about the process. She navigated a delay due to our Vet mess up seamlessly. Ive honestly never had better customer service in my life. I would recommend them to everyone needing to relocate a pet. Top notch service all the way!!

Dog Gone Taxi is the second service we have utilized to transport our pets. Dog Gone is a little less polished than some of their competitors. But they are a lot closer to the process and to your creatures. I was able to pick up the phone and call/text Rebeca almost any time. I didn't have to use an app; I got her direct line. She gave me real world updates that actually mattered to us. She worked on a very narrow timeline and insured that all 3 of our pets made it home safe. I would happily suggest Dog Gone to anyone!

I was super stressed about getting my German Shepherd from Seattle to Cape Town. My parents used Dog Gone in 2019 to ship our three dogs and cat, and I knew I could entrust them to get my girlie home. Ashley was beyond helpful and attentive, even with an embargo and delays she was reassuring and on top of every change we encountered. I cannot thank Ashley and the team enough for helping me get Tozi home, and would use them time and time again- they are simply the best!
