MOD Pizza

We ordered a pizza for my kids after gymnastics practice. I put the pick up time to be 7:45pm. We got to the restaurant at 7:35pm. I was greeted by Ellie very warmly. She asked the name of my order. He told me its not ready. And then he offered drinks for my kids and I while waiting. I fell that we were treated very well as customers. Thank you Ellie for making our experience so great.

This place gets hopping during the dinner hrs. Ordered ahead via the Phone App. I don't suggest that, as it appears you have to tell them you've arrived in order to get your order going. The line is long but they get you the you through quick as they can with a pizza soon after.

Watch out, they can't even get basic instructions right here. Ordered a pizza with 2 simple modifications, they managed to do neither, and instead just dumped a ton of gorgonzola on it instead. Yuck! (neither request had anything to do with gorgonzola). Went at noon on 3/28. I don't even blame the guy who made the pizza wrong, he was clearly flustered dealing with a rush of customers as his two colleagues in brown shirts lollygagged around doing a whole lotta nothing. Unfortunate that the next mod team will not be receiving a tip thanks to this f-up.

I can never get food from this location because they always have the slowest workers. They move at snails pace and don't recognize when they need to keep the line moving. Worst location, you will spend a minimum of 35 to 40 mins on the simplest pizza! Insane, I had to walk today when there was only 2 people working.
