I've worked with a lot of realtors. Julie is the best among them. Just when I was ready to sell my Seattle-area home, the market transitioned from a sellers' market to a buyers' market. What's more, I had relocated to a new city across the country when I had to sell. Julie provided exceptional advice and support in marketing my home and recommending which repairs would have the best ROI. Julie also provided great insight on which offers and buyers were worth considering. Her response time to any questions I had was nearly instant. And when we had a water emergency she even brought her husband over to look at it. Julia Lange is at the same time super professional and super personable. Beyond her professionalism she had intuition and vision for your goal. We had experience with Julia both selling the homes and buying the home. In fact - we have SOLD two houses and purchased one house of our dreams in less than a year with Julia!!! In all cases - I cannot overestimate by saying how smooth, easy, and profitable it went. Julia is available and is quick to respond. She knows whom to contact and always provided for us several options. She is on top of the matter and more than that - ahead of it! When we were selling our first home with Julia - she was always there helping us with the inspection, home decor for staging and later on always informing us on the sell progress. When we were selling our second home - we ran into some recalled pipes-products situation where we had to first proceed with some repairs.
