Bret worked with my wife and I for a year to find us a house, which we didn't end up finding due to a tough market, but when it came time to sell a house, we wanted to reward his efforts. Bret put together a great game plan, helped with all the preparation and execution of that game plan, and immediately sold the house right at the price he proposed. Bret is awesome! A real estate magician. Great to work with. Family of ours had recently worked with Bret for the first time and had a lovely experience, so we gave it a go. We arent golfers and I would lovingly call us country club riff raff. But we had a dream for a nice big place for our big ole family in a great area, and Bret has good taste. He eagerly and easily talked with us about the good, the great, the bad and the ugly of the pandemic market in our area. That realistic information helped us talk about what we wanted together as a family & then to coordinate our move plan. Bret sold our home like a beast. 5 days on the market, for a crazy price. Holy moly, Very pleased. Then the hunt. Man, he tried hard to find it. He did find one for us right away, that on paper was perfect, just didnt have it. We saw off market, freshly listed, out of the box, etc Credit goes to my tipsy sister who was real estate shopping while on vacation at just the right moment (We do like our wine, thank you Woodinville:) We found it!
