Came out to give me an estimate to replace and repair my roof, and said he would have it to me in 72 hours. And after 72 hours we called and he just wont answer our calls or texts.
Poor business behavior. Very not impressed with the rude behavior.
He also mentioned right off the bat after I showed him my concerns with the roof, that he would deal further with my husband. Like he was above talking to a woman. Uggh!

Rafael is very knowledgeable on Roofs, Roofing Systems and how to best repair or replace the roof.  If you are on the fence call him and he'll provide his years of experience and knowledge on your Roof.  You can tell he is trained, experienced with Roof installation and the correct way to do it.  Great communicator as well.

I had a leak under one of the eaves of my home.  The water would drip out between the (now warped) soffits.  Luckily, it was not coming into the home or walls.  I contacted 4 roofers and had mixed success in getting either an estimate or even someone to come out and look.  I guess everyone is busy these days...Two of the roofers who came out didn't seem very confident as to what might be causing the leak.  Both of them said they didn't repair/replace soffits. That was a non-starter for me.When Premium Solutions Exteriors came out to evaluate the situation, their representative (Rafael) immediately diagnosed the problem and also said he'd replace the 3 soffit boards that were now water stained and warped. I hired them because of how knowledgeable and confident Rafael was.He told me which date he'd be out and said I didn't even need to be home.  They showed up as scheduled, did the work on the roof (which entailed replacing about 50 shingles on the roof as well as the starter shingles at the edge). They came back a few days later and replaced the damaged soffits and facia board.  Clean up was impeccable.Today was one of the hardest rains we've had in a long time.  Actually it's been raining for a week it seems!  Not a drip!I highly recommend Rafael and Premium Solutions.  They were fantastic to work with, did quality work, and were super-prompt and responsive.

Had a roof leak in a 3-yr old home. Did my research on local roofing contractors, and this one had plenty of 5-star reviews on another platform, but new to Yelp. In the industry for 15-years. Independently owned. Business license checks out. Contacted Rafael and he was here within the hour to check out what was wrong. He got up there, inspected the roof, snapped some pics, explained what was wrong (shoddy workmanship by the builder), and gave us some repair options. Got a quote that evening. Had another company check it out for a second opinion. Both below our insurance deductible. We thought about it before deciding on a quick fix approach. Price was comparable to others. But the fact that Rafael took the time to take before/during/after photos with detailed explanations of the problem and solution along with his honest opinions, you can tell that the man loves his job and really cares about workmanship, which we often found lacking in other contractors. Hence if you have a roof problem, you can trust Rafael will take care of you and fix it right. We would highly recommend him to others.
