Terrible customer service. We paid for a banner and never received it. When we reached out numerous times the owner literally never returned our calls or emails. Shameful. Avoid at all costs!

After coming to my business and promising to get me a quote in "a couple of days" I have now had my phone calls, emails and texts ignored for over three weeks with one exception when the owner promised to get it to me immediately and never did.  How does someone run a business like this?

Fantastic service. I needed some signs made in a hurry. Shelly and crew helped me out. A+ service all the way. It's great when you find a company that values your business even when you are only placing a small order. The signs are top notch too. Highly recommended.

Great sign shoppe in Woodinville. I need some labels in a hurry and Shelly and the team got them done in two days. They were exactly what I ordered! Great shoppe! I would highly recommend.
