I had microneedling and PRP treatments for the fist time ever at Koco Medical Aesthetics with Keli, and I love the results! I am on session 2/3 now! After just one microneedling session, my skin looked smoother and fresher. And the PRP therapy took it to the next level my face was glowing! I have also tried botox for the first time with Keli - thanks to her, it's not as scary as I thought! I love the way it made my skin SO smooth and makeup just glides on nicely. Overall, Keli nailed it.

Dont be fooled, her 5 star average is deceiving. Over $500 for Botox to last 3 weeks is not a good value, in my opinion. She responded immediately when I left my honest (and kind) review and said I could come in to have it fixed, but when I removed the review, she stopped responding and never fixed it. So respectfully, I wont be removing it this time. Because it was not a 5 star service. And this was my actual experience here. I wish there was actually an honest review on here before I decided to come here so I can make my own decision if this is the right place for me or not. By trying to make yourself look perfect, you actually are doing yourself a disservice because then people actually expect a 5 star service from you. Which is holding yourself to the highest possible regard. Ive been 4 other places in the past 12 years and this was by fast the worst. I would not recommend. UPDATE: These are not false allegations, this is my ACTUAL experience and have absolutely no reason to write a review with false allegations. Reviews are quite literally for customers to share their experiences, not for you to invalidate and make false accusations. Nothing about my review was false or even rude, I didnt like your service or how you handled yourself. To me, your lack of professionalism was grossly offensive, off-putting and inappropriate. Attempting to intimidate customers to remove their reviews, trying to get Google and yelp to remove them, having your friends/family stalk me on LinkedIn, is honestly insane to me. The lengths you went through to be rude rather than do the right thing is wild. How Keli handle herself was disrespectful and disturbing at best. A slew of review came after I wrote a kind and honest review, it just wasnt 5 stars. Its clear to me the kind of woman you are by not being able to accept any criticism and honestly it could have easily been resolved with the slightly bit kindness and customer service. That clearly was outside her realm and I dont response or engage in harassment or intimidation. When people who dont write review, wrote her one after, is all I needed to know and honestly it just makes me pity you more. Take a look at my other reviews, youll see there is less than a handful of negative reviews. I have no reason to write false accusations so maybe get over yourself. How she handle herself is not somewhere I want to give my business. Your response is blatant lies. After having to threaten legal action to stop you from harassing me, NO I do not want you touching my face again. Nor would I want to be anywhere near you. Youve shown your lack of skills, professionalism and ability to handle conflict resolution. You can spread lies all you want in your response, but that just proves my point further. Respectfully, Keli in my opinion, could use a refresher on customer service 101 in addition to her Botox skill. But thats JUST MY OPINION. Pray for this woman, clearly something is off there. If this is the kind of service youre looking for, then by all means this is your place. But its not for me and Ive chosen to take my business elsewhere.
