        Great place to shop for fireplaces, hot tubs and more! Very helpful staff that tolerated my wild children running around and answered my questions and helped me with two fireplace purchases and installation. Highly recommend!

        I actually purchased my Hot Tub from another company and they were having trouble with a repair. I finally ended up calling Aquaquip And speaking to Lance. He was unbelievably helpful, especially considering I did not purchase the hot tub from him. Since then I have been in the Woodinville location several times and helped by Derek who is equally wonderful. If you are in the market for a Jacuzzi, fireplace or infrared sauna, this is the place to go. Seldom have I experienced customer service this flawless in any industry.
