We had our backyard turfed last Fall but recently discovered we had an issue with a broken sprinkler pipe under the turf. Of course I stressed out but Josh came by today to help us out. He took a lot of care and patience to ensure the job was done right and kept our beautiful lawn in perfect shape. Thank you for taking care of us, Josh. We really appreciate your expertise.

We are very pleased with the quality of the product, installation and service and experience that we received with Synthetic Turf Northwest. Everyone from Robert, Mike and Erin on the administrative side to the project manager Paul & the Green Team (Jacob, Adam, Jonathan & Tyler)! Everyone was absolutely AMAZING to work with and no matter what obstacle seemed to arise the team was quick to find a solution. Paul personally made sure all the way to the very end that we were fully satisfied with the product and job. I couldn't say enough great things about this company and their service. Such friendly and knowledgeable people. I look forward to working with them in the future and appreciate them coming to the eastside of the state to help us out!! Great job Synthetic Turf NW!! I recently decided to transform a troublesome section of my yard into a cozy spot near the firepit area with artificial grass. After researching various products and speaking with specialists from different companies, I settled on Synthetic Turf Northwest located in Woodinville. And let me tell you, it was a decision I couldn't be happier with!
From the moment I reached out, the customer service provided by Jessica and her team was exceptional. Jessica went above and beyond to assist me in every aspect of my purchase. She asked all the right questions to ensure I selected the perfect product for my needs without overspending. Plus, she made sure I got the best deal possible on the sand I needed.
But what truly sets Synthetic Turf Northwest apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. During the pickup process, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of both the staff and fellow customers. When I realized the size of the roll was larger than expected, one of the customers generously offered to transport it to my house on their trailer, showing the camaraderie and satisfaction that this company fosters among its clientele.
Overall, my experience with Jessica and her team was nothing short of outstanding. They deserve a perfect 10 out of 10 for their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile.
