USCIS Application Support Center (ASC)

The best staffs and service! They are really really nice, helped me to get all finger prints green, and answered my questions clearly and patiently. In comparison, the safe guards at Tukwila ASC were rude. Its worth 3h drive from Seattle, and the view is perfect, you could see Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams, mountains and rural scenes. I highly recommend everyone from Seattle Area to this ASC, especially if you were upset about the Tukwila ASC.

Shout out to Ramirez, Romero and all the staffs here. They are so kind and helpful. I missed my fingerprint appointment and still chose to come and try my luck here. They allow me to go in and the whole process is just smooth. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs USCIS service.

Visited here with friends for biometric collection. People here are really nice!

I visited here with a friend for biometric appointment. Found the staff to be super helpful. They were nice enough to point us to a printout location because we didnt bring some documents and informed us that your appointment still hold even if you take some time to take the printout, so be safe. They even pointed an issue with our car. They were very polite and the appointment went smoothly.
