Service was great.. Parking was very accommodating.. But for the simple fact that this hotel rented a room to a couple praying on other couples in the swimming pool area for a 4 sums was not a perk of the night..

Stayed here for a basketball tournament a couple of weeks ago, the hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn, not fancy but good enough. My issue with the hotel is the policy on checking out early. I had a 3 night stay that we ended up needing to leave early from. (120,000 points, 40,000 points per night) I checked out after 2 nights and have been told that I am not eligible for any sort of refund. That is very unusual as I've probably checked out early at least 10 times the last 4 or 5 years with Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott and am always given a refund on a stay that I've completed at least 2 nights for, including this very hotel in 2019. The hotel is fine but if there's any chance at all you might need to leave early I would avoid this hotel, the Hilton Home 2 Suites for example issued my friend a refund for the exact same scenario on the exact same weekend, they received a full refund for the 3rd night in less than 24 hours. I will give the Manager credit for at least reaching out to me, I just think the policy is stupid and I honestly don't know of any other Hilton with this sort of policy.
