        Instruction is fantastic. Customer service is horrible. Its next to impossible to get someone on the phone. They dont even return voicemails. They tell us to schedule drives in person, but no one is ever at the front desk (at least the last 5 times I walked in there). I want to give this place 5 stars so badly I just wish they could be stronger in the customer service department (especially with how high the cost is).

        The written test is misleading with not relevant questions with misleading wording in the answers. It is designed to make you fail so you have to pay again. In Colorado the DMV administers the with much lower charge the fact that Washington State have you taken your test through a private outside company owned by police officers. His a scam padding their pockets. And they won't give you the questions you got incorrect. In my opinion it's a scam bleeding citizens of hard earned money

ALL tests in this state, regardless of where you take your test, are created by the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) and we administer their provided tests. If there are questions or discrepancies with a test, please contact them at dol.wa.gov
