Nok, the owner, is very unprofessional. She does not clearly communicate, is hard to get a hold of, and is not able to provide consistent pricing. Since she has moved her office to Buckhannon, and even more so now that she has opened the office in Fairmont, the quality of service has declined. It seems that the company is being poorly managed and spread far too thin. I highly recommend against doing any business with this company.
