We had owned our home for 23 years. Selling was a hard decision. We are out of state, which complicated an already tough situation. We found the perfect realtor to smooth things out. Josh understood our connection to the house, and guided us to what our next steps should be. We had an usual sale with many twists and turns. Josh made things go smooth. He was readily available for the million questions we had. We highly recommend Josh for any real estate transaction. You will not be disappointed.
