Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston WV

PICTURES DO NOT MATCH HOTEL. Doors did not lock, booked 3 rooms and all three were not cleaned from previous guests. There was mold above the shower and one of the beds had burn holes and cigarette burns. Took 30 minutes at least for service to show up and check us in. Some of the beds had stains as well as grime that was left in the sheets. Only good thing about the hotel was getting a refund and leaving. Rooms: Bathroom has mold above the shower, counters were not cleaned from previous guests. Doors did not lock, bed sheets had burn holes and stains as well as dirty tissues on the floor.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! We waited for over 30 minutes just to check in and when we did the rooms were so unbelievably gross. Ceilings covered in mold, stained sheets, bugs on the bed. Multiple shady characters and just an unsafe place in general. Rooms: The rooms did not match the images at all, they smell and look like they havent been cleaned in weeks. The beds were stained and the floor had dead bugs all over. The bathtub had holes in the bottom and the toilet had poop stains in it. The ceiling was covered in mold along with rust all over the bathtub.

Dispite the appearance of the exterior of the building the rooms are very nice. You can tell they made updates in the rooms. The only down side was that there was no hot breakfast, but it was still provided to the best of there abilities. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and professional. It was definitely a better stay then I anticipated with it being the cheapest hotel in the area. Rooms: Looked much better then anticipated. Clean updated. The ac was not the best is the only negative. Nearby activities: We where just a short drive from the coliseum where our event was located Safety: It seems like an unsafe area but there was a lot of security to help ease and worries
