        Aetna as an MCO for Medicaid wont cover my prenatal vitamin. They also do not cover dental cleanings. Fake insurance. You get a card but no actual coverage.

        Worst insurance ever! My drs and I have to fight them on everything. Even had a court hearing for approval of necessary medical treatment. Run! DO NOT choose this insurance.
