It was our first time buying a house. Isaac answered all of our questions directly without trying to hide anything like other morgage brokers do (ask me how I know). He responded to all texts or emails promptly and always kept us and our Realestate Agent informed of where we were in the process. We were able to close in 3 weeks! Definitely will using Isaac for our next investment.

Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of my loan application from the very moment it was submitted. I am a retired individual that has some unusual sources of income. Isaac and his boss Craig went out of their way to do the necessary leg work to acquire all verifications. Even with the additional legwork my loan closed on my required date. The rate provided was very competitive and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to use Gateway Mortgage and Isaac Holstein.

Isaac guided us through the mortgage process every step of the way. He always responded quickly with an answer that made sense allowing us to proceed.
