The landlord for this property is one of, if not the most, prolific landlords I have ever had. I've had a few bad ones over the years living around the continental United States- and Pristine Properties had been nothing but amazing in comparison. Every time I've had an issue I had maintenance there immediately, same day often. Any time I had any questions y they would answer the phone. These locations are value at least cost, and wonderful at best value.
The cleanliness was amazing when I moved in, I never had any pest problems, the area around it was great for myself and my dog, and my neighbors were also wonderful. I had to move out quickly and the landlord was able to accommodate and had someone assist me in cleaning the apartment, and charged me almost nothing; the refund was almost in full.
If I could recommend this twice I would. Go with Pristine Properties, they are wonderful.
