Our experience with starting the building process and picking everything out has been awesome with Hunter. I feel like he reads my mind, he knows exactly what I'm talking about when I want to change and configure things. Communication has been excellent. Hunter has been great with designing and changing things to make our dream home exactly what we want.

We've been in our home for nearly a month and couldn't be happier! None of our friends/family can believe all of the reconfigurations and model changes we were able to pull off with the help of MHS staff. It's no exaggeration to say that every team member we interacted with was eager to please and ensure our complete satisfaction throughout the entire project. Kudos are due to our Sales Rep Charlotte (who has been promoted so many times in the last 18 months that I've lost track of her Title.) She was tireless in keeping up with my changes, additions, subtractions, etc... and was always courteous and helpful.

We ordered and purchased our home in 2023 from Middletown, located in Morgantown,WV. My husband and I highly recommend Middletown Homes!! Denise was our sales representative and she was so professional and made the new home journey a breeze! Denise answered every question we raised. She did not hesitate to call the home builder to clarify requested wood and cabinetry was available as ordered. On the date of delivery, of our modular home, we learned first hand that Middletown employees were top notch!! Every person had a job to do and everyone worked together in sync. Amazing team and each employee was professional, very hard working and respectful. Thank you to Rod who over seen the daily work and our scheduled craftsman were the best!! We have a beautiful home and Middletown Homes provided a smooth journey to fulfilling our lifetime dream of retiring to the country in our new home!! We have had our Middletown Home for over 9 years ! Everyone there made the process very smooth ! It makes it very helpful that they have their own service department. Would recommend Middletown to anyone looking for a new home !
