        I needed my yearly inspection & had called for an appt originally. When I went my car needed new tires, rear brakes, rotors, a new caliper & new wiper blades before it would pass inspection. The staff was kind enough to give me an estimate. After my issues were corrected I walked in to get an appt for my inspection & 4 wheel alignment on my Kia sportage. There was one available for the very next day! Robert the Mechanic did the work & it was done perfectly. I am very happy with the entire process. The entire staff were friendly, professional & kept me informed thru the whole process. I highly recommend this Monroe Shop to anyone in need of a reliable & honest auto care center.
