        This is the first bank I've been to and everyone is smiling and happy to help the customers. They remember who you are remember your name what a wonderful place to bank with. Amy does a fantastic job she's always happy to help with any issue or problem's if i could give more star's i most definitely would

        Everyone at the bank that I have encountered has displayed compassionate driven customer service. The environment created is far different than most traditional banking experiences. The technology and user-friendly software is comparable to any "top" company you encounter day-to-day. Hats off to the Team in Morgantown and to upper management instilling such a beautiful experience. Truly refreshing, well done.
