Very rude during a time when compassion was needed. Overcharging. Very disappointed in the service I received. Very upset with the way I was spoken too and how my situation was handled. I would not recommend this to anyone especially if you want to take care of business efficiently and in a respectable way.

This guys are a professional licensed robbery! They towed my truck b/s my engine tensioner was broken. They charge me $3200 for towing 15 miles and replace the belt & tensioner. They need to get paid in cash in-advance on arrival their yard. Then I was begging them to do the repairing. 100% who work here are inhuman. Please dont ignore the reviews like I did. The part price was 5x over charge and cheapest materials. 100% unprofessional, dishonest, plus ignorant with dirty behavior each one of them. I wish I can say more!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. they are simply robber even troops work for them, they will appear out of nowhere and tow your truck and bill you for nothing, they will make money from your unfortunate

This is highway roberry!!!! Maybe they get a kick back!? Guy showed up out of nowhere before I even knew what's going on he sad my guys are coming.I asked for the price, he doesn't know, and I never call anybody.Tow truck showed up and moved my trailer in less then 25 minutes while we where talking never answerd me about the price. They told me to fallow them not more than 10 miles back to a office i felt intimidating they told me I owe them 2300$ for there services I didn't have a choice it was night in middle of WV Appalachis so don't judge(and I'm ready to stand trial for this)let me not forget, I also saw the police, but they didn't stop me, and they told me that I was the seventh in the evening! Stay away from hwy 61 and the local raket!!!
