        Typically Spurlocks has been amazing. However today at 9:30 am 1/27 I ordered cut flowers and was told they would be delivered to St. Mary's this afternoon. As of 4:22 flowers have not been delivered. I am very disappointed, especially since patient is critical and now not sure if he will survive until Monday or whenever they may decide to deliver. Give -1 for service promised thank you for responding. I apologize, never imagined that the hospital would be so indifferent to their patients.

      Jill, I am very sorry that you are upset with your flower delivery, however we delivered those to the guest relations desk within an hour of you ordering. We are not allowed to deliver throughout the hospital. All deliveries are made to the front desk and then it is the hospital who delivers to the room/floor. Again, I am sorry for the delay getting to the room but we did our best to get your flowers there promptly.
