        We have used Melanie Bishop with H&R Block for two years now. This 2020 tax year of working with her we are quite disappointed in the value received from paying for a professional to do our taxes. She computed an expected return that we have been waiting for 4 months past the quoted return only to find that our tax amounts expected and quoted by Melanie were incorrectly computed by over a thousand dollar loss to us The communication has been sparse and slow and no reply has been given to explain this lack of accuracy in the work we paid her to do.
