I seriously knew we would buy a home at South Brook on our first visit. The layout and size of the single level homes are so well planned. Allison Grant and the Ryan home team are just fantastic to work with. We are just starting the construction stage. The up to date information on progress is so detailed. We are impressed with how easy they have made this purchase.

Allison, Greg, Vinny, Tim, Ethan, and the rest of the team made the build process smooth and easy. Questions were clearly answered. The underwriting process had a few bumps (my job is part private, part government and this caused some confusion ), but those issues were resolved without causing any delays regarding closing/move in etc. We had a minor issue regarding internet wiring, but the team was exceptionally responsive. If youre in the market, consider SB ranch homes and welcome to the neighborhood.
