I had an urgent need to move a hot tub to my rental property for ski season. TLC was able to show up the next day and get the hot tub loaded onto my trailer from the deck. They had all the right tools and experience to do the job quickly and safely, and to ensure the hot tub wasn't damaged in the process. It's not often you get fast and quality service at a fair price! I think that when a company is willing to help you with the small things, they deserve your business when it comes time for the big purchases! I will definitely be calling on them in the future.

Terrible service over years. Owners will nickle and dime you, while their crews perform shoddy service and take no responsibility for lost and broken pieces during services. One closure, the crew drained the pool so far down that another contractor told me we were lucky the pool hadn't collapsed. The 2 checks over the winter, which is part of the service contract, were never performed so the issue wasn't even identified until the pool opening. Most recently, we engaged them to open the pool. The water was too low, so the crew left. The company said they couldn't send someone out until much later in the season, and charged us for the visit. Mind you, we asked multiple times if we should fill the pool, and they told us it would be fine since it had been a rainy season and we had a porous cover. Last straw. The company doesn't have a lot of competition, so receives business by default. I believe if a decent company moved into the area, this company would fold in a season or two. But they don't have any competition and thus incentive to change. Save yourself the time and heartache and just learn to maintain your pool. It isn't that hard, especially given what these folks charge for minimal services. EDIT: The passive-aggressive response from the owner(s) below perfectly encapsulates how they respond to customers. If you have an issue, they are really passive to the point of apathy. They sure are aggressive with their invoices, though! Services: Winterisation, Summerisation, Water treatment, Vacuuming

Thank you sooo much !!! I’ve been ordering limited supplies online to care for my pool in result not being able to find products in these crazy times we live in and my pool suffering. Shame on me for not supporting my local business from the beginning. I told you guys my problem and you had everything to solve it, friendly and helpful along with it ! This is within an hour of putting the product you recommended in and product you had supply of !!! I will never shop anywhere else for my pool supplies . Thank you again ❤️
