        Terrible, I am trying to get a refund for their services, no return call back. Appointment was a no show, filled out the drop off form, 2-3 days later I was called in to sign & pay, ended up sitting while they were processed. Direct deposit was rejected by the bank by the State of MD, check arrived in the mail. IRS had it as deposited in the bank, bank had no record, had to manage to get ahold of an agent, verified it was something Jackso Hewitt did where it was rejected by the bank, all verified on May 5th, now I have to wait for May 10th & if I don't receive the payment in 4 weeks in the mail by check,I will have to renotify the IRS. Their services failed, so what did I pay $173.00 for to process my taxes, that's why they are paid. Of course, no phone call back,only open on Tues & Thursdays currently. 3 messages left and no call back. I guess me being a client for 3 years because I didn't have time to process my own taxes, doesn't warrant a call back. I did not need this aggravation and should be refunded the 173 dollars in full. I waited to fill this survey out hoping I would receive a PHONE CALL but NO CALL. GREAT JOB!! Ellen McCawley
