Dr Becca and her entire team was wonderful, the hospital staff at Greenbrier Hospital were also amazing.
Our five yr had to have dental surgery, and everyone there treated her so good.

My son was seen a year ago. And he got referred again because he had another cavity. And they refused to see him because he didnt stick with him for cleanings when he already had another dentist who does that. They refused my child in pain from his cavity and reception was so rude. Guess I got to find someone else to help my poor child in pain

Super frustrating experience! We live in an area with 0 cell service. With that being said we also work full time. We left them our work and cell number. We had scheduled an appointment a month ahead. When we showed up for our appointment, (which we had to drive an hour too AND take a day off from work) we were told we were canceled because we did not confirm. I confirmed when I made the appointment!
So fast forward 2 years later my daughter needs to see a pediatric dentist to have some teeth worked on. We are apparently banned from being seen there all because we did not confirm an appointment years prior. Super frustrating because now we have to drive hours away just to find a reasonable dentist.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful pediatric dentist and staff, my kids always enjoy going to the dentist!!!
