Quite honestly, I was very disappointed in this tanning salon. The prices are very expensive- I paid $155 for an all inclusive package for 1 month and goggles, which I dont mind paying if I were to have received the level of service that was expected. I was told AFTER I purchased the package that I would have to purchase their lotions, as they did not allow outside lotion to be used on the beds ( in fear of damaging the bed - been to many salons and have never heard this), even though the lotion I had was the exact same one behind the counter. If I would have known this before, I would not have signed up for the package. Then when I used the basic bed, it did not even seem to be working correctly. It lit up - but there was no heat or the sensation of being tanned. I hadnt tanned in over a month - so I thought I would receive some sort of color- absolutely nothing. I asked the lady at the desk about this and there was no apologies- just that it was operating correctly (which it wasnt.) I didnt go back at all for the month because of the poor taste this left in my mouth. When I called to cancel my membership, I was told I would have to come in to do so. I came in and explained that I was cancelling my membership, there was no questions asked to why, or how they could improve service. The only thing that was said to me is where to sign confirming the cancellation. BTW- when I can back in to cancel they had a sign up that their bronzing bed was out of commission as well. I would have loved to continue to tan here, but Im going back to the other salon in Lewisburg, where I know the beds work, I can use my own tanning products, and it doesnt cost a large amount of money for poor quality. Hi Natassja, we’re sorry you had a poor experience. We see you signed up for all three levels of tanning and unlimited red light therapy. We’re sad you didn’t get to experience everything.We offer lotions at the same time as the membership, because you receive a steep discount on lotions when you sign up for a membership, they aren’t separate transactions. You most definitely would have had the opportunity to cancel the sale before you completed the purchase if you didn’t want to move forward.You are correct. You used our base bed once, however at only 60% of the allotted time. If you hadn’t tanned in a month, that was a good idea and a practice we highly recommend! But, using a bed once at a reduced time won’t make much visible difference, unfortunately, which is why our packages are unlimited. ❤️ Our beds are new and have built in cooling fans, so if you are used to the older beds I can see how you may have thought you didn’t get the full experience.You are also correct that our large bronzing bed is down today. It was hit in the large electrical storm and the electricians were quite backlogged with work, but they will be in this coming week.Thank you for giving us a try! We are sorry again that you didn’t have a good experience, however, we are happy that you found another tanning salon locally that works for you. ❤️
