        I rarely go to advanced auto. And now I know why. Manager was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Wouldnt let me use one of tools with their free use of tools thing all auto parts store do.. All I wanted was to tighten my lug nuts to make sure an accident didnt occur when noticing my tire was wobbling while driving. Unbelievable. Back to auto zone now and forever. Where customer service is top notch!

        Well the one on springs mill road in martinsburg wv. Is great the price was ok but the service was great can't say that for the other advance auto the girl was rude and made every excuse not to help me, so go to the one at spring mills .
