        My husband and I walked into the courthouse, seeking information about adding someone to a property deed. Mr. Frank Carbaugh, sitting at the reception desk, asked how he could help us. Once we expressed we just want to add someone to our property deed, we were faced with You cant just come in here and do that. We very much understand that. We were only seeking information, and did not by any means expect to be faced with this passive aggressive comment and the annoyance in his tone when he then explained that we have to hire a realtor lawyer and theres money involved. We dont HAVE a money problem. Neither do we have an issue hiring a lawyer. We were simply walking in seeking information. Which Mr. Frank did very much make it seem like we were wrong to just walk in.
