        We hired Debbie based in the recommendation from BCS. We utilized her services to finalize the adoption on 3/2/22. We are still waiting for the new birth certificate. Between misfiled documents, documents never submitted, and a refusal to respond to calls, emails or to handle the situation in a proper manner, we are still waiting for our daughters birth certificate over a year after the adoption. Have not heard from Debbie since 5/2/23 and even that was more empty and broken promises.
