I would never recommend this company. I asked for scans of black & white at 600 dpi. They made me pay over $30 without even seeing the finished product. Once they finally email my files, I see the pages are way too light. Todd admitted in email that he chose to use gray scale instead because black & white was even lighter. Ive never heard of a professional not changing the settings on a printer if something isnt working. Didnt hesitate to take my money. Didnt give me a heads up that anything was wrong. Once I let him know I cant use these files, he offered to correct the situation by darkening my line art in Photoshop. Once I said yes please, the company has ghosted me for the past 3 days. Out of money and no closer to getting my comic colored digitally. Thanks for nothing.
