Roach energy attempted to place a 1000 gallon propane tank under ground on my neighbors property within 4 feet of my buildable property line and within four feet of the neighbors two heat pumps and the electrical service until I made a complaint about safety . This past weekend in northern Virginia , a propane tank buried under ground exploded leveling a residence, killing a firefighter, and trapping several other firefighters. I guess Roach prioritized profits over safety until I initiated a safety complaint!

We called to have them check out and repair our propane fireplace. Was leaking and needed a regulator, we were told. They didn't have the part . Said they would try to get it. (older unit) . This was in March or April. Made numerous calls, no response. Never got back with us. Great customer service, Not!

Set up an appointment for tank burial, was told it was too cold to dig and install. Technician put up a temporary tank, and said he'd be back when it was warmer. They never showed up again, and never taught us how to read the smaller temporary tank. Now I'm out of hot water, receptionist said it'd be 5 days until they come, and then hung up on me. Seriously, what a disappointment. I'm going to try and find another company that cares about its customers. Update: after running the tank empty, the company didn't perform a leak test. (Which is illegal and against Gas Fuel Code, please look it up) a month later after we signed up for auto delivery the tank ran empty again. A driver came out and charged us for a leak test, but when I checked the tank the fittings had signs of bubbling (means it has a leak). I don't know what these people are doing but if you had a leak test done, you better check and make sure they actually did it. This place is sus.
