Genesis Combs and Larry DeMarco were absolutely great to work with and this was by far the easiest home sale weve ever had! Our home sold within 7 days of the initial listing and after just one open house. Genesis kept us informed during the whole process through the closing. We moved from out of state which can be difficult. Kendon kept us updated on current inventory in Berkley County.. When we were ready to preview homes in West Virginia Kendon was knowledgeable, ready and available. We were able to make a decision to purchase in one weekend. We then returned home to get ready to close on our home in NJ. Kendon was our boots on the ground with all the negotiations, adjustments in timelines and home inspections. We are beyond happy with our new home. We thank Kendon for her ongoing support.

Five star team! I have worked with the Larry DeMarco team numerous times to buy and sell houses in the eastern panhandle of WV; working with this team is always a great and even fun experience. If you have questions - they have answers, and they work to make the process seamless and stress-free. Kendon was amazing to work with! This was my first time selling a home and she guided me through everything step by step and always made sure I understood where we were at in the process and what would come next. She went out of her way to make sure that everything went smoothly and it made the experience as stress free as selling a house could possibly be.
