I started using this facility at the end September of '23. My rate is now increasing $63 a month with the explanation of "due to increases in cost" nonsense. Yet, if I go online the original prices are still listed. Basically, they pander to new clients, and once they have you will continue to raise the rate the longer you are there. When I called to ask about this, I was eventually told I should expect increases every 6 months or so. Just hoping to give the heads up to everyone now, because they will not tell you this up front. The unit is nice, but these kinds of increases are appalling.

I have the smallest unit available. Its like like a closet. Its not even listed. Its like 3 by 9. I got an email stating that In March 2024 theyre raising the rates so its gonna cost $92 a month for this itty bitty little storage closet that doesnt have 24h access. Its outrageous. I started using them when I was down on my luck and they were convenient and affordable. The customer service people are nice, desk help is nice but thats all they got. Price gouging at its finest, and they lost a loyal customer that will now aggressively bad mouth them for their greed. Avoid them like the plague.

I cant say enough great things about Ms. Carla Ward. June 17th, 2023 I came in interested in renting a storage unit. Not only was Carla so professional and kind, you could tell that she really cares about her customers and that she enjoys her job. She was very thorough and went over everything in such a easy yet precise timely manner. She gave a feel and made me so comfortable to ask anything I needed to about the renting process. I will definitely be using this location for all my future dealings and referring friends and family solely from such a great experience I had with Ms. Ward. If you guys need a safe, affordable storage unit this place is what you are looking for!
