The Plumbing Trust

Waited a couple of months before writing this review. Had a water softener installed, and some old, DIY plumbing removed and rerouted. The reworked plumbing has been working great, and the water softener is still producing quality softened water. Because my house had a lot of seriously odd plumbing from the prior owner, Matt and Tommy had to come back a couple of times, and even had to do some work well outside the scope of the original job to normalize the house's system. Throughout the process, everything was explained clearly, and the crew was always on time despite some harsh winter weather. Highly recommended! Plumbing Trust replaced my hot water heater. They were professional in every way and delivered quality work that ultimately had me back to having hot water in less than 24 hours (consultation, replace and install hot water heater)! Unfortunately our well pump went out on a Saturday morning. On Monday morning my husband contacted The Plumbing Trust amd they were able to come out in the afternoon. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Tommy and his fellow associate were friendly and professional and were able to get a new well pump put in within a few hours. We are so very pleased with Tommy and his associate. We appreciate them so much and we highly reccomend them. Thank you all so much!

Matt and his team did an excellent job installing a new bathroom in our unfinished basement. This included a new shower, toilet, and sink. Work was on time and great quality that was even recognized by the Frederick County building inspector!!! Would recommend their services to anyone in need!!!
