I came here because of the 5 star reviews. But then they charged me 150 dollars for a 9 minute phone call. Threatened collections if I didnt pay. So I paid. Never going back here again. Edit- Okay, Ill tell the full story. the woman who answered the phone when I called about this issue cussed at me and told me I was crazy. When I asked to speak to someone else, she said everyones time is very valuable and I would be charged again to speak with someone else. AND when I asked if I would be sent to collections she said, we dont have that set up right now but if we ever have the capability to we will charge you 150 plus interest. Thats why I paid. I had zero interest in ever using your services again after I was treated with such disrespect. I did give 2 stars instead of one because I do like Melissa powers personally, she was very kind and gave good advice and filed quickly. however, I did feel so upset by that incident. I still think about it and it still bothers me. This particular situation was handled unprofessionally and I felt was never really resolved.

My granddaughter referred me to Melissas office and I was very pleased with the service. Very efficient and kind staff. The price was much lower than I expected. Very professional service.

I wish I could give Melissa 10 stars. She goes above and beyond for people and I honestly think she works TOO hard. She has been helping us with taxes for years and has been incredibly patient with us. She is excellent at her job and I trust her team completely. We even moved to Pennsylvania and will be using her services until she gets sick of us!

We have been with Melissa for decades. She is the best. She has been with us from many years of running our own businesses, to jobs with a steady paycheck, and into retirement. Her team is awesome and Im not sure what we would do without her.
