        Wow. Excellent Customer Service!! During our Consultation, John was so knowledgeable and kind, his suggestions were perfect and he was quick to answer my emails when I had any questions. Dominique, the installer was polite, treated us like Family, knows his stuff and does high quality work. Absolutely loved my experience and would Highly Recommend them!!

        I will NOT and would NOT recommend. If you are foolish enough to use them - RECORD all conversations with salesman! My initial meeting with salesman I was told all hardware would be replaced INCLUDING drain pipe, one day completion, lifetime warranty. That was what made me decide to go forward with this company. For the hefty price tag- the only issue I should have had is a job well done. The drain pipe was NOT changed out, they said salesman made zero mention of it on documentation. So now -even if the salesman were to actually contact me back about it-I would have to pay more AND I would have to take ANOTHER day off work to be there for the work. I let this company screw me over and it will never happen again.

        Excellent work by installer. Phone people pleasant to deal with. Initial sales person knowledgeable helpful and truthful. Workers should get a bigger cut of total cost
