        John stated "this will be a good project for us". Finally some positivity in a lengthy restoration scenario. The restorers were nice and respectful. They all also were friends. Am happy with the result.

        Great place to go if you need work done quickly. Be aware, that you'll have to do all the communication, you'll have to buy everything yourself, you'll do all the footwork, and you will have to check over all their work for cutting corners/messes. Keep your expectations realistic.
