I went in for a curly cut. I said I was looking for more volume at the top of my head. The stylist and I were both in agreement that the length of my hair was great and we shouldn't go shorter, just a trim. When I pulled my curls down, prior to my haircut, it went the middle of my back. The length of my hair is about 5-6 inches shorter, so my hair now curls up past my shoulders. When I saw myself in the mirror, my hair looked like an Afro mullet. I would say my hair now looks like a cross between Shirley Temple and a Chia pet. I am devastated and I am now going to have to straighten my hair out until it grows out. Very disappointed. I literally cry every time I see my hair in the mirror or when I touch and feel how short my hair is.

So, to start things off I would like to say, that my experience wasnt horrible Im leaving 1 star because I feel like I received a dishonest transaction because I paid for services I didnt receive and wouldnt have known better had I not had someone in my family who does hair professionally (To far to drive to or I would have lol) The stylist did try to fix and somewhat succeed, what another salon did to my hair and what the other salon did was terrible However, I spent $210 for the service and what was included with that was, maybe 10x foils, toner and the Milbon Moisture Treatment I also tipped $20 Because as I stated previously the brassiness was pretty much gone when I was done But my hair was in desperate need of the treatment and I thought after it didnt really make much difference but I thought maybe thats just because my hair was damaged But turns out its because I received one step out of all the steps that should have been performed And even though I didnt expect it to be that much, I was told I was charged that amount because they have to spend a little more time with the highlights being more precise So I was charged $100 for a all over color (which I didnt receive) and $60 for accent highlights The Milbon hair treatment was $50Ok fine, I just wanted my hair fixed, though I did find out later was still an insane amount for the product used, time etc I was not going to leave a bad review but have since found out that the Milbon hair treatment is a 5x step process and I was given a one step process with a box of 4x vials to take home to be used once a week So I am very disappointed that all I received it seems is the cuticle sealer because no other steps were preformed I will say I walked out with the brassiness color in my hair pretty much gone but I just dont understand why the full treatment wasnt given to me I had not left any bad reviews at the other salon that messed up my hair either but also did today becuz I feel people should pay closer attention to the services they are receiving and I guess I should have asked my sister or google before paying for it But I went off the description on their website I just didnt realize they were so independent steps Not just 5x steps rolled into one which is I guess what I received
