Overall we had a good stay. We booked a King room with the jetted tub. The tub was a little disappointing...it is kind of small. 2 can squeeze in, but not very comfortably. The shower was amazing though. The room was comfortable...but the pillows are way too big. I struggled trying to sleep on them. Overall nice, but the parking garage was a nightmare. One way in and out...so if someone is going up as you are going down...someone has to back all the way up. And the parking spaces are very odd. To pay $12 for that was not worth it.

Shanna and the rest of the staff are amazing here. Truly above and beyond. So much so that I hate to give a bad review but ownership of the hotel have to make changes. Our room HVAC unit was so loud we couldn't keep it running, which is a problem because the noise from the parking lot on high street carry into the room like there is nothing blocking it. Sucks on a weekend night when everyone parks at the lot to party on high street. PICK A ROOM AT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL, OVER THE LOBBY! KEEP YOUR FAN RUNNING FOR WHITE NOISE! Parking garage belongs in a horror movie. Creepy lighting, Marijuana smoke wafting always, broken concrete, stairwell locked(why?) should have marked painted parking spots in the garage before the gate so new guests don't block existing guests. Intercom as side door is locked and you have to walk to front to enter if checking in.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Morgantown and is close to everything. The beds are comfortable and large. The bathroom was large! We had a room with a large tub and shower, which was very nice. The people working here were also incredibly friendly. Really enjoyed our time here Nearby activities: Tons of places to eat and close to all the bars and clubs! Walkability: Very nice to be able to find a restaurant, bar or shopping close to the hotel.

Checked into this Hotel for a three night stay. Checked out the very next day. Hotel was hard to find. You pull into the entrance to the garage and walk around to front to check in. There is no where to park except a very dark garage. Ok, Where do I start. You drive up a dark, wet, dimly lit garage with broken concrete. There was only one light bulb working on the second level, most of garage was very dark. (See photos) There was also standing water every where. The gate to let you into garage didn't work, but If you got out of your car and walked around then it opened. How is this called security. The pass key to let you into the side door from the garage into the hotel didn't work. You have to walk around to the front. If I were a woman traveling by myself I would have been terrified to park in that dark garage. It is easily accessible from the street. Anyone can hide in the garage. There is zero security. In addition there is no elevator. You get a luggage cart and push it up the ramp in the garage to your car, then load your car to leave the same way. The room itself was subpar. The lock on the door was hanging. (See pic attached) The bathroom sink did not drain. There was no soap. The AC thermostat is controlled by the Hotel, so you cannot adjust it. The door in the bathroom barely clears the toilet. The TV kept fritzing out. I can go on and on. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and kind. He clearly understood why we checked out the next day. Hilton should reconsider putting their name to such a gross place. I was shocked. In addition, downtown had two ok restaurants. Both had only one overworked, grumpy server working. We had to go out of town to find somewhere to eat. This was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. Word to the wise, save your money, book somewhere else. Safety: Awful place.
