State is a great place to live! I love the safety aspect of the building, and all the amenities that are included. The leasing office staff is also always so kind and friendly!

State is a great place to live. They host many fun activities and provide so many nice amenities. The staff are very friendly. The location is perfect for students that have classes on the downtown campus.

So far its been a great living experience!! The gym offers all the equipment I mostly use, and the community is very friendly all the time. Update: Ive lived here for 3 years so far and Ive signed my lease for another year, no complaints at all and I love living here. Staff is amazing and the events are awesome and they do them all the time. My favorite is trivia or when they bring snacks to the leasing office!

This is the third year my daughter has been living at State on Campus and I could not be more pleased! She absolutely loves the amenities and the location. The security and level of care here at State gives me peace of mind while my daughter is away. The staff goes above and beyond to make State a great place to live. Jaymie, Alexis, Erica, Rachel, and Brandon in the office have all been extremely helpful and I could not recommend this complex more!
