I pay rent at half the price of my friends! West Run is a great option for those looking for actually affordable renting in Morgantown. They also have a public shuttle that picks up on the property and drops of very close to campus, even as a driver, on snowy days or if you want to save on gas and parking, it really is a great amenity. The leasing office is also pretty active. They hold fun contests, giveaways and different events like smoothie bars and pizza parties. I feel like their maintenance responds in reasonable times depending on the situation as well. Overall my experience is well worth the price and I highly recommend!

I've lived here for 2 years and love it! The pool is awesome in the summer. It's affordable. Maintenance is quick. And the living area is really nice!
