        Used this office in years passed without a hitch. I scheduled an appointment this year with an agent over the phone for a Thursday. Got to the location 15 minutes early, the agent wasn't there, I simply figured they were at lunch. I waited there half an hour for an agent to arrive but they never did. As it turns out, per the schedule listed at the location, the office is closed Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fact that an agent scheduled me on a day they are closed is irritating. As of now the hours of operation on google are still incorrectly listed as being open 11am-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
