They've been relatively kind and understanding when it comes to dental issues as compared with dentists I've had in the past. However, the one issue I can see with this practice is that they do not offer any kind of payment plans for those that cannot pay for the services rendered in full. Maybe if they were more flexible with their payment methods, especially in an area where a good portion of residents live paycheck to paycheck, I would be glad to give them a more positive review In addition, parking is extremely scarce. There have been a number of times where I've had to park across the street at Circle K and ask the store for permission to park there Edit: Apparently, according to the person who replied to my review, this practice DOES offer payment plans. I was told by one of your hygienists/receptionists over the phone that you DO NOT. If the former is indeed true, I would advise you to tell your staff otherwise since there seems to be a miscommunication among those who work there.

Shopping for a dentist as I had a small ache in a tooth. Found a cracked filling. I filled out all the "new patient" paperwork, was consulted, xrayed, and filling replaced in one hour. Staff was friendly, and Dr. Hillary and his assistant worked like a great team. Friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable.

I had a filling replaced today and Dr. Seavy, who did an amazing job. When I went to pay I was told it was $418.00. I had a cleaning and check up In July. When I called about the loose filling, I was told to come to the office. I had an X-ray taken and indeed the filling was loose. I was told to come back to replace the filling. It turned out there was an evaluation fee of $94.00 to tell me the filling was loose, then $36.00 for the X-ray and finally $288.00 for the filling. I had been with that office since Dr Taylor started it 20 some years ago, but now I will be going elsewhere.

I broke one of my top front teeth in half - not long before I was scheduled for a public speaking appearance. The office made time to squeeze me into their very busy schedule, and Dr. Seavy was able to make a temporary crown - pretty much free handed - which was so good no one could believe it was a temporary. She's an artist. I was able to make my speaking appearance without being self-conscious, and I have a great smile even while we wait for the permanent one to arrive. Thanks so much to Dr. Seavy and the rest of the staff - especially Courtney, who got me in so quickly!
