        The remodel of the New Martinsville McDonald's is pitiful. It is blah, boring and quite honestly depressing. While a LEO I have seen jail and prison visiting area's more vibrant and inviting. It seems that the general idea was to eliminate any warmness and make it as less inviting as possible. Incredibly they have succeeded. Then there is the seating and it's total lack of comfortableness. The best way to describe the ambiance is to say that there isn't any!

        Worker smarted me off .because I complained about only getting half my food .had to go through the drive through twice.got a mocha frappe it was completely black .not lite brown black!!! Not a good experience at all.

        This day I also ordered 1 small fry and did not get them. And in my order there was 4 b Mac and I was chargered 2 for 6$ on 2 of them and the regular price for the other 2.
