My fianc and I bought our first house a couple months ago from Middletown. We worked with Zack Yost and it was the easiest home buying process we couldve asked for. Zack kept us informed all throughout the process and he was very helpful when it came to the whole process since it was very new to us.We found something in our budget that hit all the check marks. We got our home delivered and now were waiting for the rest to be finished before we can move in. Delivery went smooth and overall were very pleased with how easy this all was. Service: Home building

I cannot say enough good things about Middletown Homes! Zack was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had to make sure the process went as smooth as possible for us. Rod was our project manager and he was available any time I had any questions or concerns about anything with the construction process. I would highly recommend Middletown Homes to anyone that is in the market for a new home! Hands down, they are the best around! Service: Prefabricated home building
