        Price gouging at the highestfirst let the customer know that they could do their taxes for free ONLINE before starting them and then letting you know after the fact that you're going to spend $390 to do a simple federal and state for someone who basically had little to no income and was getting child tax credit back. Could have for warned of the cost. Ridiculous. I will tell others what a sham. Price gouging at the highest deserves 0 stars

        I really enjoyed working with my agent Heidi Brown! I will ask for her by name next year and if she's still working there, I will definitely make myself an appointment with her. That's why I put 4 instead of 5 and the fact it cost me almost 300$ and mine was as cut and dry as they come I'm sure of it. Too expensive,but very happy with the service provided by Heidi
